Your safety, the security of your home and the safety of your pets are paramount to all of us here at Toby’s Premier Pet Care.
For this reason we have a number of systems in place:
Our staff all undergo DBS checks before working with us.
Our staff are always identifiable. They wear their Toby’s uniform and carry their Toby’s ID at all times.
Our staff undergo regular training to ensure they are providing the best possible service at all times.
You will decide how we access your home and have the right to remove this permission at any time. We will always check that your home is secure before we leave.
We will always follow the guidance you have given us with regards to your pets to make sure that their routine remains as consistent as possible.
If we ever have any concerns whilst providing our services we will contact you to ask how you would like us to proceed, putting the safety of your pets first.

We know that you are trusting us with lots of personal details and so we take every precaution to keep these safe.
We will protect your personal details and these will never be shared outside of our organisation.
Information is stored securely and in line with GDPR guidelines.
Your details will only be used or accessed for business purposes and will not be sold or shared to any other organisations.
We will not store any information for longer than is required.
All relevant policies are kept up to date by our dedicated team and adaptations are made as and when necessary.

At Toby’s Premier Pet Care, as you have probably guessed, we will always put animal welfare first.
Whilst very rare, please note that our staff are trained to note any serious concerns that they may have and, if necessary, we will contact relevant services to ensure the safety of pets.
