We’re sorry to hear that something has not gone as well as you had hoped. If you have not already spoken with a Team Member about your concern, we would encourage you to do this first and we will try our best to put things right.
You can Contact Us through our Contact Us form, speak directly to a member of a team or give our friendly team a call on 07476 471 549.
However, if you are not satisfied with our response then your complaint should be sent to: makeacomplaint@tobysppc.org
In your email please include:
Your name
Your address
Any booking references
The nature of your concern including any specific details (e.g. dates, staff names)
What, if anything, you feel we could do to put things right
Remember that as part of The Toby’s Promise we ask all customers to be friendly, courteous and reasonable. We would ask that you bear this in mind when you contact us.
Please note that your complaint must be sent within 28 days of the incident. We will get back to you within 14 days of your complaint being submitted.
