Pop In (30 minutes)
Weekday - £13 per visit | Weekend - £16 per visit
This is enough time to pop in, feed your pet and give them some company and to complete any other quick tasks like cleaning litter trays.
Short Visit (60 minutes)
Weekday - £22 per visit / Weekend - £25 per visit
This longer visit is enough time to do everything included as part of a ‘Pop In’ but also spend a little longer with your pet to carry out extra tasks, play or give them some company for a while.
Pet Sitting (60 minutes +)
£6 per 15 minutes (min. 1 hr 15 mins)
If you would like one of our team to stay with your pet for a longer period of time this is the choice for you. This includes time to play, relax or do whatever it is they want to do. This can also include waiting in for your pet to go out and come home or letting your dog out into a garden or yard etc.
Dog Walking
We know that different dogs will be used to different types of walk depending on their breed or age and so we have tried to make this option as simple as possible:
Short Walk (20 minutes) - £10
Medium Walk (40 minutes) - £16
Long Walk (1 hour) - £22
Please note that this price only includes arriving to collect your dog and returning them home following the walk.
If you have more than one dog, and they can be comfortably walked together, we will only add an additional £4 per dog.
Small Animals

This is enough time to pop in, feed your pet(s), give them some company and to complete any other quick tasks like cleaning hutches or cages.
Short Visit (60 minutes)
Weekday - £22 per visit / Weekend - £25 per visit
This longer visit is enough time to do everything included as part of a ‘Pop In’ but also carry out other tasks such as letting pets into other enclosures for a period of time.
Pet Sitting (60 minutes +)
£6 per 15 minutes (min. 1 hr 15 mins)
If you would like one of our team to stay with your pet for a longer period of time this is the choice for you. This includes time to play, relax or do whatever you have requested. This can include playing or letting them into other enclosures for a longer period of time.
Please note that there is no additional charge for extra pets of the same species that fall into the small animals category. This is up to a maximum of three pets (e.g. three rabbits, three hamsters etc.). Four or more of the same pet type will incur an additional charge.
Other Pets

If you have more than one pet of the same species, our team will let you know whether or not there will be an additional charge per animal.
The following information applies to all bookings:
All of our services are just for your pet(s). We will never bring other animals into your home. Dog walks will only include your pet(s) unless you have explicitly requested otherwise and this has been approved by our team.
Please note that our team work between 8am and 6pm. If you would like services outside of these times there will be an additional charge and, in some cases, we will be unable to fulfil your request.
We always recommend a visit before we are scheduled to visit your pet(s) without you there. There is no charge for this service and there is no obligation to go ahead with a booking if you do not feel that we can offer what you are looking for. This visit allows us an opportunity for your pet to meet your Team Member and for you to talk through where food etc. can be found and what you are looking for from Toby’s.
If you are intending to make a repeat booking (e.g. a daily dog walk at 1pm) we would recommend that you do this as far in advance as possible. Our booking slots are limited and therefore we are unable to guarantee availability for a particular time without a confirmed booking.
An initial 10% deposit is taken at the time of booking. 50% of the total balance must be paid 72 hours before your first booking. 100% of the balance is due no less than 48 hours after your booking has taken place or after the first session if it is a repeat booking.
